Stamford Law is advising Mainboard-listed SKY China on the proposed disposal of its subsidiary, Wenling Xinghai to Mainboard-listed HISAKA Holdings. Subject to the entry into of definitive documentation, the proposed transaction will also involve the acquisition of the entire economic interest in Wenling Xinghai by Hisaka Holdings, and is valued at S$192.5 million.
Leading the transaction are NG Joo Khin and LIM Swee Yong.
