Watson, Farley & Williams, a leading international law firm, is pleased to announce that it has advised Singapore Airlines on an order for fifteen A330 aircraft.
The airline will take delivery of the Airbus widebody aircraft between 2013 and 2015, and plans to finance the aircraft with sale/leasebacks.
This follows the recent advice provided by a cross-border team (London, Hamburg and Singapore offices) from Watson, Farley & Williams to Singapore Airlines on the sale and leaseback of an Airbus A380.
Siva Subramaniam, the lead partner on the deal, said: “The volume and size of the transactions we are handling for Singapore Airlines shows the sector is still very active, and we are delighted to be able to handle these challenging and significant deals.”
