We are very pleased to announce that Mr. Masahito Monguchi, Of Counsel has joined our firm as of March 22, 2011.
Mr. Monguchi graduated from the University of Tokyo Faculty of Law in 1969. Prior to his retirement as President of the Nagoya High Court in December 2010, he held a number of important positions in several courts in Japan. He has broad expertise in civil litigation, and has been engaged in a number of well-known corporate litigations and corporate reorganization proceedings for large-sized companies. Through his articles and other publications, he has contributed to several areas of legal practice, and he is highly-regarded especially in the field of commercial transactions.
We warmly welcome him to our firm. Mr. Monguchi will contribute substantially in our service to our clients and to our desire to continually increase our capacity to handle complex legal projects.
