International law firm Clyde & Co has boosted its marine practice with the appointment of Gerald Yee to strengthen the firm’s rapidly growing Singapore and wider Asia Pacific marine offering.
Gerald Yee joined Clyde & Co Clasis Singapore from Colin Ng & Partners LLP where he led the Admiralty and Shipping group. Gerald will be concurrently a director with Clasis LLC, the Singapore firm component of Clyde & Co Clasis Singapore joint law venture.
Gerald’s practice comprises a broad spectrum of contentious and non-contentious matters for clients in the marine industry, both in Singapore and across South East Asia. Gerald will be working closely with Clyde & Co’s Asia Pacific marine and trade partners in developing the regional marine practice. As a Director of Clasis LLC, Gerald will represent clients in Singapore courts.
