DaHui Lawyers Welcomes New Partner Chris Chen

DaHui Lawyers is pleased to announce that Chris Chen has joined the firm as a Partner. With more than ten years’ experience at a prominent U.S. law firm working on Asian and U.S. capital markets transactions, Chris will bring a wealth of experience to DaHui Lawyers and will make an immediate contribution to the firm’s corporate team.

Chris Chen joins DaHui Lawyers from Shearman & Sterling in Beijing, where he was Counsel. His practice focuses on cross-border capital markets transactions, representing issuers and underwriters on IPOs, secondary offerings and debt offerings. Chris also has considerable experience advising on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments as well as compliance matters. Chris received a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a Bachelor of Laws degree from Renmin University of China. He is a U.S.- and China-qualified lawyer with more than ten years’ experience studying and working in the United States.
