DLA Piper Relocates Asia Pacific Dispute Resolution Partner John Goulios to Singapore

DLA Piper today announced the relocation of John Goulios, a leading partner in DLA Piper’s Asia Pacific Litigation & Regulatory group, from Melbourne to Singapore. John is a seasoned insurance, reinsurance, alternative dispute resolution and commercial dispute resolution veteran, with more than 20 years’ experience in professional indemnity insurance work.

He has represented lawyers, accountants, auditors, stockbrokers, trustees and other commercial professions and their insurers in this space. John also acts for financial institutions and directors and officers in large and complex mass litigation against them. In Australia, he has acted for professionals in disciplinary hearings and in investigations brought by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) and the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC). John’s insurance, reinsurance and commercial dispute resolution experience includes acting on behalf of captives and reinsurers in large property and business interruption claims with clients including Marsh Management Services Singapore. He has also acted in significant product liability cases for the London market as well as in patent litigation.
