Global law firm K&L Gates LLP has added Georgy Borisov as a corporate partner in the firm’s Moscow office. Borisov, who joins K&L Gates from Latham & Watkins LLP, is the first partner addition to the firm’s Moscow office since its establishment earlier this year.
A transactional lawyer whose practice focuses largely on the energy sector, Borisov has experience in a wide range of corporate, transactional, and real estate matters. These include both international and domestic mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity transactions, real estate purchases and leases, construction projects, and cross-border investments.
