The Firm recently represented Citigroup and BNP Paribas, as initial purchasers, in connection with the US$290.3 million international offering of global depositary shares by Walsin Lihwa Corporation. Walsin Lihwa is the largest manufacturer of bare copper rods in Asia and the world’s largest producer of stainless steel wire rods. Walsin Lihwa’s common shares are listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange in the Republic of China.
