Formerly legal counsel at Primary Health Care and prior, long serving partner at Gadens lawyers, Clive Cachia has been appointed to the position of special counsel at Middletons in the Corporate & Commercial group.
Head of Middletons Corporate & Commercial group, Chris Nikou said, “This appointment to our group in Sydney marks the sustained and continued growth of our corporate practice. Our team has expanded significantly in the past year and is highly skilled in undertaking large-scale transactions in Australia and internationally.”

Clive specialises in M&A, major projects, corporate law and commercial law generally with experience across a wide range of industries including energy and resources, retail, transport, health, agribusiness and financial services. His experience also includes acting for corporations on IPOs and other capital raisings throughout the Asia Pacific region.
