Middletons in Perth announces the appointment of a new partner, Adam Levine, formerly of Mallesons Stephen Jaques to the Middletons partnership.
Middletons national managing partner, Nick Nichola said, “Adam is a real specialist when it comes to M&A work, including capital markets. His work involves complex, high-profile cross-jurisdictional transactions, co-coordinating legal teams in different Australian states and abroad.”
Adam said, “I was attracted to Middletons based on its substantial presence in the Western Australian market working with mining, energy and resources clients. I also want to be a part of a rapidly growing firm.”
Adam said, “One distinguishing aspect of the firm which attracted me was its down to earth culture and a caring, supportive environment in which to work.”
When asked specifically on the different aspects of law Adam advises on, he said “I act on a broad range of commercial matters, including equity capital markets, takeovers and schemes of arrangement, business sales and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, outsourcing and general corporate advisory work.”
Adam is involved in various community-based organisations, focusing on youth development and education. He is also a regular presenter to the Australian Institute of Company Directors, company directors’ course.
