International law firm Norton Rose has announced that Andrew Lucas joins the Bangkok office as a partner in the corporate team.
Andrew joins from Baker & Mackenzie, Beijing office where he was a partner.
Andrew has worked on a wide range of corporate, finance and restructuring matters throughout Europe and Asia, including international public and private company M&A and financings, outbound investments, restructurings and reorganizations, joint ventures and equity capital market transactions.
