Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP advised Barclays Bank PLC, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Credit Agricole Securities (USA) Inc., Deutsche Bank AG, Singapore Branch, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, KDB Asia Limited and Daiwa Capital Markets Europe Limited as underwriters in connection with a Schedule B debt offering by The Korea Development Bank of US$900 million in aggregate principal amount of its 3.25% notes due 2016.
