King & Spalding advised Gulf Navigation Holding in the establishment of a very large crude carrier (VLCC) joint-venture company in Saudi Arabia that will own four VLCCs and will expand its fleet to nine vessels by 2015. The company will be listed on the Saudi stock market once approval is obtained.
