The Singapore office of Watson, Farley & Williams LLP advised Precious Shipping Public Company Limited, Thailand, in relation to a US$106,000,000 pre and post delivery facility to four of its wholly owned Singapore subsidiaries, in order to facilitate the acquisition of four newbuilding 57,000 dwt supramaxes. The four Singapore subsidiaries were acquired by Precious Shipping from a Singapore company owned by an Australian industrialist.
The four vessels are being constructed by Yangzhou Guoyu Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. in China.
The WFW team was led by partner Chris Lowe who was assisted by Chien Herr Lee and Jesse Clark.
