Herbert Smith Freehills Advises PageUp People on Strategic Investment by Accel-KKR

Herbert Smith Freehills has advised PageUp People, an Australian technology-based talent management company, on a strategic investment made by Accel-KKR (AKKR).

The transaction, which completed on Wednesday, 14 November, involved AKKR acquiring a strategic equity stake in PageUp People, with the capital to be used primarily for further business expansion.

PageUp People provides talent management and comprehensive human resources consulting services based on innovated technology and software products. AKKR is a leading technology-focused private equity firm that invests exclusively in lower-middle market software-enabled services companies.

Herbert Smith Freehills partner Peter Dunne who has previously assisted on Capital raisings for Atlassian, BigCommerce, 99 Designs and OzForex led the corporate team, supported by Ben Richards, John Blake and Jennifer Lam.
